Product images have useful alt text

Buttons have clear accessible names

Forms have labels and clear errors

Review newsletter forms, contact forms, account forms, discount inputs, and checkout-related fields.

Text has enough color contrast

Review product descriptions, prices, sale banners, buttons, form errors, and footer links.

Headings follow a logical order

Product pages, collection pages, and landing pages should have clear heading structure.

Popups and apps do not block users

Review review widgets, chat apps, discount popups, upsells, cookie banners, and subscription apps.

Keyboard users can navigate important actions

Important controls should be reachable and usable without a mouse.

Store changes are monitored

New products, banners, theme edits, and app installs can introduce new accessibility issues.

Start with the homepage

Your homepage often includes banners, featured products, popups, navigation, and app widgets.

Then product pages

Product pages are where alt text, buttons, variants, prices, and reviews matter most.

Monitor every week

Ecommerce stores change often, so accessibility risk can change after every update.
